- الفهم المقاصدي عند شراح الحديث وأثره في الجمع بين الأحاديث المتعارضة -الحافظ ابن حجر أنموذجا

Abstract

راعــى شُراح الحديث النظــرة المقاصديّــة فــي تعاملهــم مــع كثيــر مــن الأحاديــث، خاصة المشكلة منها؛ التي يبدو بينها تعارض في الظاهر، فأخذوا بأصل المقاصد في توجيههم لتلك الأحاديث، ويظهـر أثر ذلك مـن خـلال الجمـع بيـن تلك الأحاديـث، وهو من أهــم مســالك دفع التعارض وأكثرها تطبيقا في الفقه الإسلامي. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر الفهم المقاصدي عند الحافظ ابن حجر في الجمع بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض، مع عرض جملة من التطبيقات من كتـابه فتح الباري. The interpreters of the Hadith took into account the purposes view in their dealings with many Hadiths, especially the problem of which seems between it an apparent contradiction. So they adopted the basic purposes in directing these Hadiths, and the effect of that is evident through the combination of these Hadiths, and it is one of the most important ways to ward off contradiction and the most applied in Islamic jurisprudence. This research aims to demonstrate the effect of the understanding puposes of al-Hafidh Ibn Hajar in combining the Hadiths that appear to contradict, with presenting a number of applications from his book Fath al-Bari.
