مظاهر المواطنة في دولة الأمير عبد القادر

Abstract

يعتبر أغلب المؤرخين أن الأمير عبد القادر هو مؤسس دولة الجزائر الحديثة، لما توفرته من أركان مفهوم الدولة، ولأن دولة القانون من مظاهرها إرساء مقتضيات المواطنة، فقد اعتنى الأمير عبد القادر بهذا المبدأ الذي كان له تجليات في دولته تمتع فيها المواطن بحقوق وألزم بأداء واجبات ومن مظاهر المواطنة في دولة الأمير عبد القادر العدل والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات بين أفراد الدولة، وكذا تمتع المواطنين بالحقوق الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية، وتجسد الولاء والانتماء للوطن Most hestorians beleive that El-Amir Abd El- Kader is the founder of modern Algeria because it was based on the pillars upon which a nation is built. Any nation of law is characterised by assurinng citezenship requirements. Accordingly, El-Amir Abd El-Kader was interested in this principale which was reflected in his nation where in the citezen enjoyed some rights and charged by some duties. .Among the characteristics of citezenship that were reflected in El-Amir Abd- El- Kader nation were equality and justice in rights and duties among the individuals. Citezens also enjoyed social, cultural and economic rights, and validated loyalty and belonginess to the nation are envisaged.
