مقومات تحقيق التعايش السلمي حول الحق في الماء في ضوء القصص القرآني

Abstract

تعالج هذه المداخلة موضوعا موسوما ب 'مقومات تحقيق التعايش السلمي حول الحق في الماء في ضوء القصص القرآني' لتجيب عن إشكالية رئيسة فحواها ما هي مقومات التعيش السلمي حول الحق في الماء التي عرضها القرآن الكريم وما تجلياتها في ضوء قصصه؟ متوسلا لذلك بالمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التاريخي والمنهج التحليلي، عبر ثلاثة مباحث؛ خصصت الأول منهما لبيان مقومات التعايش السلمي حول الحق في الماء في ضوء آيات القرآن الكريم، والمبحث الثاني خصصته لبيان القرآن لمآل الإصلاح وعاقبة الإفساد في علاقتهما بالماء أمنا أو عقابا، والمبحث الثالث خصصته لعرض نماذج للصراع حول الماء وحلولها كما وردت في القصص القرآني، ونختم المداخلة بخاتمة نعرض فيها أبرز النتائج والتوصيات. This paper addresses the topic of 'The Elements of Achieving Peaceful Coexistence on the Right to Water in Light of Qur'anic Stories' to address a key problem revolving around a central question: What are the elements of peaceful coexistence on the right to water presented in the Holy Qur'an, and what are their manifestations in light of its stories? To achieve this, it employs inductive, historical, and analytical approaches. It is divided into three sections: the first is devoted to explaining the elements of peaceful coexistence on the right to water in light of Qur'anic verses. The second section is devoted to the Qur'an's explanation of the outcome of reform and the consequences of corruption in their relationship with water, whether as security or punishment. The third section is devoted to presenting models of conflict over water and their solutions as presented in Qur'anic stories. We conclude the paper with a conclusion presenting the most prominent findings.
