نظام دفع رواتب الجند وأرزاقهم في عهد الموحدين بأراضي المغرب القرن (5 - 7 ه/ 11 - 13 م)

Abstract

سعت الدولة الموحدية منذ ظهورها إلى إنشاء مؤسسات عسكرية قوية، فبحكم الصراعات التي عشتها استوجب عليها الاهتمام بالنشاط العسكري اهتماما خاصاً حتى أن الجند كان جزء لا يتجرأ المجتمع بها، ولفتح أبواب الجهاد أو المواجهة وضعت الدولة تحفيزات مالية تشجع بها الخراط العناصر ومرتزقة لصفوفها الذي كان جل اهتمامهم الجانب المادي، فكانت الرواتب هي مصب اهتمام كل من الجيوش والحكام، وأخذت النصيب الأوفر من الدخل المالي، ومن هنا تتمحور إشكالية البحث حول حقيقة هذه الرواتب وما قيمتها وكيف كان يتم دفعها ؟. Since the emergence of the Almohed state, it sought to form a strong military institution .It has passed through conflicts that need it on focus more the military side so Soldiers became part of society. To open the doors of jihad and confrontation, financial incentives have been set up to encourage the foreigners to join their army, high salary was the focus of both the soldiers and rulers, and it took the largest share of the financial Income. Thus, what were these salaries, what were its values? And how did they use to pay it ?
