اشتقاق مصطلح المعجم: عرض ونقد

Abstract

تشتمل هذه الدراسة على مدخل بينا فيه آراء اللغويين في اشتقاق المعجم وأدلتهم، وعلى مباحث ناقشنا فيها فرضية دلالة (أعجم) و (عجم) على السلب والإزالة وحاولنا نقضها وعرضنا مادة عجم ومصطلح الإعجام في كتب المتقدمين، وبعد أن ذكرنا مفهوم المعجم المقترح وأدلته واشتقاقه خلصنا إلى جملة نتائج منها أن المعجم بفتح الميم مصدر ميمي يدل على موضع أريد به جهاز النطق، مشتق من الفعل المتعدي عجم، وهو المراد من قولهم: حروف المعجم، وأن المعجم اسم مفعول مشتق من الفعل أعجم أي صير الكلام مبهما، ولا تعلق له بحروف المعجم في أصل الوضع This study includes an introduction to the linguists' views on the derivation of Mo’jam and their evidence, and some sections in which we discussed the hypothesis that said the verb Aijama and A'jjam refer to the meaning of the removal, and we tried to negate it. We presented the root of Ajam and the term Al-i'jam in the ancients books, Then we mentioned the concept that we propose for Al-mu'jam, and its evidence and derivatives. thence we have reached a number of results including: Al-ma'jam (with an opening) is a verbal noun (maṣdar) means "speech organs", Derived from the transitive verb Ajama, it is intended to say: the letters of Al-ma'jam, And Mo'jam is a past participle derived from the verb A'jama, and it means making speech vague, over and above it has nothing to do with the letters of Al-ma'jamin in the origin of Arabic
