جهود علماء الجزائر في شرح الموطأ، دراسة نموذجية لشرحي أبي عبد الله اليفرني التلمساني )625 هـ

Abstract

هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على علم من أعلام الدرس الحديثي المعاصر في الجزائر الشيخ الدكتور التواتي بت التواتي الاغواطي، من خلال كتابه ( منهج السالك شرحموطأ مالك حيث يعرف بجهوده في الدرس الحديثي، ومنهجه في شرح موطأ مالك بن أنس، مبرزا أهم خصائص الشرح، وطريقة المؤلف في دراسة الأسانيد والمتون، وأهم الفوائد التي احتوى عليها هذا الشرح النفيس. وخَلُص البحث إلى أن التواتي بن التواتي قامة علمية كبيرة، جمعت بين الدرس التقليدي والدرس الأكاديمي المعاصر، وأن كتابه في شرح موطأ فيه فوائد لغوية وفقهية مهمة، فهو مرجع معاصر مهم لكل من تصدى لتدريس الموطأ. This research sheds light on one of the flags of the contemporary hadithic study in Algeria, Sheikh Dr. Al-Tawati bin Al-Tawati Al-Aghouti, through his book (Minhaj Al-Salik Sharh Mawtooq Malik), where he is known for his efforts in the hadithic study, and his approach in the commentary of Mawtooq Malik bin Anas, highlighting the most important characteristics of the commentary and the author's method of studying the chains and texts, and the people of the benefits contained in this precious commentary. The research concluded that Al-Tawati is a scholarly figure who combined traditional and contemporary academic study, and that his book in the commentary of Muta'a contains important linguistic and jurisprudential benefits.
