مخطوط نوازل الغرناطي وقضايا المغرب الأوسط أواخر العصر الوسيط

Abstract

هذه الدراسة تعتبر إطلالة بسيطة على احد اهم المصادر المخطوطة التي تناولت في طياتها جوانب مهمة من تاريخ المغرب الأوسط في فترة متأخرة من العصر الوسيط؛ ألا وهو نوازل الغرناطي والموسوم ب "الأسئلة المنتقاة لنفع القضاة"، فصحيح أنه رسالة موجهة للقضاة من أحد الفقهاء المتأخرين وهو أبو محمد بن القاسم الغرناطي (ت 1012هـ/1604م)؛ إلا أن أهميته تكمن في أنه بث في ثناياه نوازل لفقهاء من المغرب الأوسط تناولت قضايا عديدة تخص هذا الأخير وخصوصا مجاله البدوي، ومن ثم تكشف لنا كيف تعامل هؤلاء الفقهاء مع مختلف القضايا التي تعتري ساكنة هذا المجال الذي لا تناله الأحكام السلطانية في الغالب.
