الخطر المعلوماتي وإجراءات حماية المعلومة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

تكمن أهمية بحثنا في كون المعلومات تمثل موردا استراتيجيا بالنسبة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، لذا يتطلب على المؤسسة دعم ثقافة المعلومات، ومعرفة كيفية التعامل معها، كما يتطلب العناية والحرص وتوفير الأمن والحماية اللازمة من مختلف التهديدات والأخطار المحدقة بها؛ فالجرائم التي ترتكب في حق المعلومات تشكل خطرا يسبب خسائر للاقتصاد وللمؤسسات التي تمثل البنية التحتية الحيوية للدول، وأمن المعلومة يعد أولوية استراتيجية أساسية لتطور المؤسسات خاصة في ظل المنافسة الاقتصادية، ومن خلال البحث الميداني الذي قمنا به على مجموعة من المؤسسات الجزائرية توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها ما تم التطرق له فقظ في مقالنا هذا، بحيث استنتجنا أن معظم المسؤولين المستجوبين يقرون بأن كل المستويات الإدارية انطلاقا من المسؤول وحتى العامل البسيط معنيون بمهمة حماية المعلومة، إلا أنها أساسا يتم اسنادها لإدارة أمن المعلومات كما أن المؤسسة الجزائرية غير مغلقة بل القائمين عليها تركوا مجالا لسير المعلومة وعدم عرقلتها وأن التعامل مع المحيط الداخلي أو الخارجي مسموحلكن في إطار حدود معينة Information is a strategic resource for economic institutions. It requires the institution to support the information culture, to know how to deal with it, and to take care to provide the necessary security against the various threats. Crimes against information constitute a risk that causes losses to the economy and to institutions that represent state infrastructure, and the security of information is a fundamental strategic priority for the development of institutions, especially in light of economic competition. Through the field research that we carried out on a group of Algerian institutions, we reached a set of results, among which we mention what was touched upon, so we have in this article, we concluded that most of the officials questioned acknowledge that all administrative levels from the official to the simple worker are concerned with the task of protecting the information, However, it is essentially being assigned to the Information Security Department, just as the Algerian establishment is not closed, but those responsible for it have left room for the flow of information and not obstructing it, and that dealing with the internal or external environment is permitted, but within certain limits.
