Abstract

هذه الورقة هي عرض الجملة من اجتهادات أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه في ميدان الخدمة الاجتماعية والتي تعد الميادين الهامة والحساسة في وقتنا الراهن، ومعظم الكتابات إنما هي كتابات غربية، وهناك الآن رغبة ملحة في الساحة العلمية والفكرية المحاولة تأصيل أو ما يسمى بأسلمة العلوم الاجتماعية وغيرها، وعليه فإن تكثيف البحوث في تاريخنا الثقافي والعلمي، وعمر رضي الله عنه، بفكره و عبقريته يعد من المحطات الهامة التي يجب التوقف عندها للتعريف باجتهاداته، والتي تشكل رافدا ثريا، نستعين به في حركة البعث الحضاري، والتجديد This paper is a presentation of a set of jurisprudence of the Commander of the Faithful, Omar Ibnul-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, in the field of social service, which are, nowadays, the most important fields. Although most of the writings in these fields have been done in western countries, there is now an urgent desire in the scientific and intellectual domains to try to root the social sciences to Islam (the so called Islamization of social sciences). Therefore, Omar may Allah be pleased with him, with his thought and genius is one of the most important figures that must be considered in order to publicize his jurisprudence, which can be used in the movement of Boarding civilization, and renewal.
