Abstract

The inhabitants of the ancient maghreb lived according to the style of the tribe. one of the oldest historical sources that gave us valuable information about them are the ancient egyptian inscriptions and the writings of the greek historian "hérodote"; the latter who talked about them with further details in his fourth book about the country of libya,such as. giligammes, asbytes, gramentes,nasamons, auséensthose tribes developed throughout history to form great unions and then kingdoms like: numidie and maures.
