المتغير الهيدوبولتيكي في تفعيل الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي

Abstract

تحتل المياه أهمية كبيرة في حياة الشعوب والكائنات الحية الأخرى، إذ أن وجودها يرتبط بوجود الحياة، وينعدم بانعدامها. ولا يخفى على أحد أن الماء هو الحياة، وبالتالي يعتبر الحق في الحصول على المياه أهم وأكثر حيوية حتى من بعض أهم حقوق الإنسان المعترف بها من قبل المجتمع الدولي. غير أن المياه العذبة أصبحت موردا في ندرة متزايدة له ثمنه اقتصاديا وأهميته سياسيا، وقيمته استراتيجيا وانحطاطه وإساءة استخدامه. أدت أزمة المياه في تنامي الصراع العربي الإسرائلي واعتباره صراع وجود وليس صراع حدود، خاصة مع ازدياد الطلب العالمي على الماء Water is of great importance in the populations existence and even in all living creatures existance, too. the existence of the latter depends the existence of water. Therefore it is agreed that water is life.That’s why to get water is a vital right and the most important from all the human rights declared by the international community. Although, clear water became a resource which has an economical political and strategical value dispite its mis-usage ecologically. The water crisis has intensified the Arab-Israeli conflict and considered it a conflict of existence, not a border conflict, as the international demand for water has increased.
