Abstract

اعتنى علماء المسلمين بصحيح الإمام مسلم عناية فائقة، وقد شملت جميع جوانب الخدمة المعرفية المتاحة؛ رواية ودراية، تحملا وأداء، وذلك لما توفر في هذا المصنف الحديثي من مميزات وخصائص جعلت الأمة تتلقاه بالقبول، وتكتنفه بالخدمة الشاملة من جميع جهاتها وتخصصاتها، وهو ما تجلى في فروع العلوم الإسلامية المختلفة، وقد شارك علماء الجزائر في خدمة صحيح الإمام مسلم عبر العصور الحضارية لهذا القطر. حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية المركزة استجلاء أهم جوانب عناية علماء الجزائر بصحيح الإمام مسلم في القرن 14هـ ، والتي تجلت بكل موضوعية في مشاركة علماء الجزائر في خدمة صحيح الإمام مسلم من شتى النواحي قراءة وشرحا إجازة واستجازة ثناءً ومدافعة زيادة على حضور مروياته وأحاديثه في جميع فروع الدرس الإسلامي؛ كالدرس العقدي، والدرس الفقهي، وهو ما يؤكد اتصال أسانيد هذا المصنف في القطر الجزائري في تلك الفترة الخطيرة؛ رغم ظروف الغزو الصليبي الفرنسي للجزائر. Muslim scholars have accorded Sahih of Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj outstanding and sustained attention, extending to the full range of scholarly service available to them, transmission and critical study, reception and delivery. This enduring preoccupation is rooted in the distinctive features and methodological strengths of this hadith compilation, which led the Muslim community to receive it with broad acceptance and to support it with comprehensive scholarly care across fields and specializations. Within this wider tradition, Algerian scholars made notable contributions to the service of Imam Muslim's Sahih across successive historical periods in Algeria. This focused paper seeks to identify the principal manifestations of Algerian scholars' engagement with Imam Muslim's Sahih during the fourteenth century AH. It documents on an objective basis- their participation through multiple avenues: public reading and pedagogical transmission; commentary and explanation; the granting and requesting of scholarly authorization (ijazah and istijāzah); and scholarly commendation and defense of the work. It further highlights the pervasive integration of its narrations and hadiths into diverse branches of Islamic learning, including theology and jurisprudence. Taken together, these indicators confirm the continuity and vitality of the transmission chains (asānīd) of this compilation within Algeria during that critical period, despite the pressures and disruptions associated with the French colonial invasion.
