الإهتمام بالجوانب الفقهية في سنن أبي داود عند الباحثين الجزائريين ــ أطروحة الأستاذ دخريف زتون نموذجا-

Abstract

تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى إبراز جهود بعض الأكادميين الجزائريين المعاصرين في خدمة السنة النبوية المطهرة من خلال اختيارنا لأطروحة الباحث خريف زتون الموسومة بـ : " عناية أصحاب السنن الأربعة بفقه الحديث" سنن أبي داود أنموذجا " والتي حاولنا من خلالها التعريف بالأستاذ الدكتور : خريف زتون، ثم وصف عام لجهوده فيها، مع إبرازه معالم التفوق الفقهي عند الإمام أبي داود، وتحليته للمرتكزات الفقهية التي اتكأ عليها الإمام أبو داود في سننه، دون إغفال للجهد المحمود المبذول من الباحث في عرض الاختيارات الفقهية لأبي داود، وبيان قيمتها العلمية، وذلك عبر عرض نماذج كفيلة بإبراز ذلك. This intervention aims to highlight the efforts of some contemporary Algerian academics in serving the purified Prophetic Sunnah, through our choice of the thesis of the researcher Khareef Zaitoun entitled: "The care of the authors of the four Sunan on the jurisprudence of Hadith: Sunan Abi Dawud as a model." Through it, we tried to introduce Professor Dr. Khareef Zaitoun, then provide a general description of his efforts in it, while highlighting the features of jurisprudential excellence in Imam Abi Dawud, and clarifying the jurisprudential foundations on which Imam Abi Dawud relied in his Sunan, without neglecting the commendable effort made by the researcher in presenting the jurisprudential choices of Abi Dawud, and explaining their scientific value, through presenting examples that are sufficient to highlight this.
