سنن أبي داود مصدرا لابن قرقول الحمزي الوهرانيفي كتابة مطالع الأنوار

Abstract

تناول بحثي هذا مدى استفادة العلامة ابن قرقول الحمزي الوهراني في كتابه "مطالع الأنوار على صحاحالآثار" من السنن الأربعة أبي داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجة، وجعلت سنن أبي داود نموذجا لدراستي فتناولت إحصاء المواضع التي ورد ذكر أبي داود وكتابه فيها، ثم بينت أغراض ابن قرقول في الاستدلال برواية أبي داود أو نصوصه النقدية ليثبت صواب موقفه في المسألة، وقد يورد رواية أبي داود ليبين أنها وهم أو مرجوحة، وقد يورد نصوص أبي داود النقدية ليستشهد بها. This research examines the extent to which the scholar Ibn Qarqoul al-Hamzi al-Wahrani benefited from the Four Sunan collections (those of Abu Dawood, Al-Tirmidhi, Al-Nasa'i, and Ibn Majah) in his book Matali' al-Anwar 'ala Sihah al-Athar. I selected the Sunan of Abu Dawood as a model for this study, where I surveyed the instances in which Abu Dawood and his book were mentioned. I then clarified Ibn Qarqoul's purposes in citing Abu Dawood's narrations or critical statements to support the correctness of his position on a given issue. In some cases, he cites Abu Dawood's narration to show that it is mistaken or less preferable, while in others he cites Abu Dawood's critical remarks as supporting evidence.
