خدمة الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي لكتب السنة من خلال كتابه الأحكام الوسطى

Abstract

ألف الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي كتبا كثيرة منها كتاب الأحكام الوسطى" الذي جمع فيه أحاديث الأحكام من كتب السنة المختلفة، ويأتي هذا البحث محاولا الإجابة عن الإشكالية الآتية: ما هي الجوانب التي خدمها الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي حول كتب السنة النبوية من خلال كتابه الأحكام الوسطى ؟ ولا شك أن الكشف عن جهود الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي أمر جدير بالعناية والاهتمام وهو ما يهدف إليه هذا البحث الذي خلص في نهايته إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي خدم كتب السنة المختلفة خدمة كبيرة رواية ودراية سندا ومتنا، وأن هذه الخدمة كانت في ثنايا كتابه وفي ثنايا الكتب المؤلفة حوله. Imam Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili authored numerous works, among them Al-Ahkam al-Wusta, in which he compiled legal hadiths from various books of Sunnah. This research seeks to answer the following question: What aspects of the Prophetic Sunnah books were served by Imam Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili through his book Al-Ahkam al-Wusta? Undoubtedly, uncovering the scholarly efforts of Imam Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili is worthy of careful study and attention, which is precisely the aim of this research. The study concludes with several findings, the most significant of which are that Imam Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili rendered remarkable service to the various books of Sunnah, both in transmission and critical analysis, in terms of chains of narration and textual content. Furthermore, this contribution is evident both within his own book and in the works later written about it.
