Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عن واقع التكوين المستمر في تحسين أداء الأستاذ حسب ما تقتضيه متطلبات العصر التكنولوجي، وللتحقق من ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (62) أستاذ (ة) بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينّة العشوائية البسيطة، وذلك بتطبيق الإستبانة والمقابلة نصف الموجّهة كأداة لهذه الدراسة. وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن: درجة مساهمة التكوين المستمر في تحسين أداء الأستاذ بما يتوافق ومتطلبات العصر التكنولوجي حسب وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط متوسطة، حيث توجد مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تعيق تحسين أداء الأستاذ حسب ما تقتضيه متطلبات العصر التكنولوجي كما يحدّدها أساتذة التعليم المتوسط أنفسهم، منها: ما يرتبط بعملية التكوين، ومنها يتصل بالإدارة المدرسية، ومنها ما يتعلّق بالأستاذ بحدّ ذاته. The research paper came in a descriptive approach coupled with a statistical approach in which we tried to investigate The reality of continuous training in improving the performance of the professor as required by the requirements of the technological era, To verify this, the descriptive analytical method was used, and The study sample consisted of (62) professors at the intermediate education stage who were chosen by the simple random sampling method, by applying the questionnaire and the semi-directed interview as a tool for this study. After processing the data statistically, the results of the study resulted in: The degree of contribution of continuous training to improving the teacher's performance as required by the requirements of the technological era from the point of view of middle education teachers is medium, There are a number of difficulties that impede improving the teacher’s performance as required by the requirements of the technological age as determined by the teachers of intermediate education themselves, including: what is related to the training process, some of them are related to school administration, and some are related to the professor himself.
