Abstract

في سياق التطورات السريعة في مجال التكنولوجيا واعتماد المكتبات على البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر، يعتبر تطوير مهارات أخصائيي المعلومات أمرا حتميا لضمان التعامل الفعال مع هذا النوع من البرمجيات تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على أثر التدريب على تنمية المهارات الضرورية لفهم واستخدام البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر، وتتناول بشكل خاص أخصائيي المعلومات في مكتبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة سطيف 2، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أثر التدريب على مستوى مهاراتهم في استخدام البرمجية مفتوحة المصدر pmb وفهم آليات العمل بها وطبيعة الصعوبات التي ظهرت أثناء تعاملهم معها. Due to the rapid technological developments and libraries، tendency to use open source software، developing information specialists' skills is becoming of great necessity to ensure an effective usage of this kind of software. This study aims to shed light on the impact of training on developing necessary skills، so that to understand open source software and effectively use it. The study deals ، particularly، with information specialists in the library of the faculty of Humanities and social sciences Setif 2 by identifying the impact of training on their skills in using pmb open source software، and understanding its working mechanisms and the difficulties that arose when dealing with it.
