Abstract

المناخ التنظيمي يساهم في تشكيل وبلورة سلوكيات واتجاهات العامل نحو عمله ونحو المنظمة، من خلال المزج بين الخصائص التنظيمية والخصائص الشخصية والخصائص الاجتماعية للفاعلين فيها ، وتسعى المنظمة لتوفير وتسخير الإمكانيات والوسائل التحسين البيئة التنظيمية والمناخ التنظيمي، كما تسعى من خلاله الى محاولة التوفيق بين أهدافها وأهداف العاملين بها وتعزيز التعاون المشترك بينهما وترصين السلوك الأخلاقي والوظيفي. ويدخل الاهتمام بموضوع المناخ التنظيمي والبيئة التنظيمية في هذه الورقة البحثية في نطاق الكشف عن المناخ التنظيمي في المنظمة من حيث المفهوم والأهمية والإلمام بجملة العناصر المكونة له وكذا العوامل التي لها تأثير في مستوى السلبية والايجابية للمناخ التنظيمي the organizational climate contributes to the formation and crystallization of his behaviors and the employee’s attitudes towards his work, and this is through a combination of organizational characteristics, personal characteristics and social characteristics of its actors, and the organization seeks to provide and harness the possibilities and means to improve The organizational environment and the organizational climate, through which it also seeks to try to reconcile its goals with the goals of its employees, enhance joint cooperation between them, and consolidate ethical and functional behavior .The interest in the subject in this research paper falls within the scope of detection of the importance of the organizational climate in the organization in terms of concept, importance, and familiarity with all its constituent elements and factors.
