Abstract

سوف نركز في هذه الدراسة على النشاطات الذهنية الأكثر استخداما لدى رئيس مخبر مصنع الإسمنت لتتبع سير العملية الإنتاجية ومعالجة الأخطاء، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 17 عامل بالمخبر التحاليل الكيميائية وقد استخدم مؤشر الأهمية النسبية لتحديد أهمية كل نشاط ذهني ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشرفين يقومون بالتنظيم و حل المشاكل و اتخاذ القرارات كنشاطات ذهنية لمواجهة الأخطاء المهنية خلال سير العملية الإنتاجية ، ولا يوجد اختلاف بينها من حيث الأهمية حسب آراء عينة الدراسة In this study،we will focus on the mental activities most commonly used by the cement factory laboratory head to track the progress of the production process and address errors.The study sample consisted of 17 workers in the chemical analysis laboratory،and the relative importance index was used to determine the importance of each mental activity. The study concluded that supervisors organize،solve problems،and Making decisions is a mental activity to confront professional errors during the course of the production process،and there is no difference between them in terms of importance according to the opinions of the study sample.
