مستوى الضغوط المهنية واستراتيجيات المواجهة لدى أساتذة قطاع التربية بالمدينة الجديدة : تيزي وزو

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستوى الضغوط المهنية واستراتيجية المواجهة لدى أساتذة قطاع التربية، ودراسة عبارة عن دراسة ميدانية في المدينة تيزي وزو، اختيرت العينة التي تبلغ 60 استاذ بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لأنه الانسب لمثل هذه الدراسات بحيث يصف الظواهر وصفا دقيقا، وقد استخدمنا لجمع البيانات مقياس الخاص بالضغوط المهنية الذي يتكون من 48 عبارة ايضا مقياس خاص باستراتيجية المواجهة والذي بدوره يحتوي على 48 عبارة، ومن نتائج المتوصل إليها: يعاني أساتذة قطاع التربية بالمدينة الجديدة من مستوى مرتفع من الضغوط المهنية يتبنى أساتذة قطاع التربية بالمدينة الجديدة على استراتيجية المتمركزة حول المواجهة لتعامل مع الضغوط المهنية - لا توجد فروق بين افراد العينة في مستوى الضغوط المهنية التي يتعرضون لها تعزى لمتغير الجن This study aims to explore the relationship between professional stress and coping strategies among teachers in the education sector. It is a field study conducted in the new city of Tizi Ouzou, where a sample of 60 teachers was randomly selected. The descriptive method was used as it is the most suitable for such studies, as it provides a detailed description of the phenomena. For data collection, we used a scale specifically designed to measure sources of professional stress, consisting of 48 items, and a scale to measure coping strategies, which also contains 48 items. The results obtained include the following:1- Teachers in the education sector experience a high level of professional stress.2- Teachers in the education sector adopt a coping-centered strategy to deal with professional stress3- There are no differences between individuals in the sample regarding the level of professional stress they experience within the educational institution related to gender
