التربية العلاجية لمرضى الباركنسون

Abstract

تهدف التربية العلاجية لمساعدة المرضى الذين يعانون من مرض مزمن لتقبل وضعهم والسعي لتحسين حالتهم الصحية كلما تطور المرض، لكن هذه الممارسة غير متاحة بالنسبة للعديد منهم، و هنا تبرز أهمية تقديمها بالنسبة لمرضى الباركنسون بشكل خاص، للتخفيف من الأعراض المزمنة و الخطيرة التي يعانون منها طيلة فترة المرض، بحيث يظهر دور مقدمي الرعاية الصحية متعددي التخصصات من خلال تطبيقها في مختلف هياكل الرعاية الصحية ما أمكن، أين تكون هناك زيادة الحاجة إلى دعم مرضى الباركنسون، و تظهر أهمية تطبيق مفهوم التربية العلاجية، من خلال جعل المرضى أكثر استقلالية ووضعهم في علاقة تعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية. Therapeutic education aims to help patients with a chronic disease to accept their situation and seek to improve their health condition as the disease progresses, but this practice is not available for many patients, and here the importance of providing it for Parkinson's patients in particular, to alleviate the chronic symptoms they suffer from throughout the disease, so that the role of multidisciplinary health care providers appears by applying it in various health care structures where possible, where there is an increased need to support Parkinson's patients, and the importance of applying therapeutic education concept, by making patients more independent and putting them in a collaborative relationship with their providers.
