الدبلوماسية الإعلامية عبر قناة الجزائر الدولية AL24news _ دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح المجالات والقضايا التي تعالجها قناة الجزائر الدولية AL24news ضمن اتجاهاتها الدبلوماسية وتحديد الاطار الإعلامي لهذه الاتجاهات، ولهذا فقد تم تقسيم البحث الى قسمين تتمثل أولا في منطلقات الدبلوماسية الاعلامية ثم مجالاتها عبر قناة الجزائر الدولية عبر محور التمثيل الدبلوماسي من التفاوض الى الاتصال وثانيا تحليل محتوى القناة لتحديد الاطار الإعلامي لسياستها التحريرية، حيث توصلنا الى جملة من النتائج تتمثل أساسا في تنوع القضايا وبرامج القناة ذات الابعاد الدبل وماسية، كما ركزت على الخطابات والشخصيات الرسمية بهدف كسب الموثوقية والتأثير على الراي العام المحلي ومواجهة الدعاية الأجنبية. This study aims to clarify the areas and issues addressed by Algeria International Channel AL24news within its diplomatic trends and determine the media framework for these trends, and for this the research has been divided into two parts, the first is the premises of media diplomacy and then its fields through the channel Algeria International through the axis of diplomatic representation from negotiation to communication and secondly analyze the content of the channel to determine the media framework for its editorial policy, where we reached a number of results mainly in the diversity of issues and programs of the channel with diplomatic dimensions, as focused On speeches and official figures with the aim of gaining reliability, influencing local public opinion and countering foreign propaganda.
