Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على دور حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز الجاهزية المؤسسية وضمان الفعالية في تطبيق مشاريع الأرشفة الإلكترونية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة التفاعلية بين حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعل ومات والجاهزية المؤسسية، وتحليل تأثيرهما المشترك على فعالية تنفيذ هذه المشاريع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها أن تطبيق حوكمة تكنولوجية شاملة وفعالة يسهم بشكل جوهري في تعزيز الجاهزية، مما يعزز قدرة المؤسسات على تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من هذه المشاريع بفعالية ونجاح . وفي الختام، تم اقتراح جملة من الحلول العملية التي توفر إطارا استراتيجيا للمؤسسات لتطبيق مشاريع تقنية ناجحة، مما يساهم في تحقيق أهدافها المؤسسية ويعزز قدرتها على إحداث تحول رقمي مستدام This study aims to illuminate the role of Information Technology (IT) governance in enhancing organizational readiness and ensuring effectiveness in the implementation of electronic archiving projects. It seeks to explore the interactive relationship between IT governance and organizational readiness, and to analyze their combined impact on the effectiveness of these projects' execution. The findings reveal that the application of comprehensive and effective IT governance significantly enhances readiness, which in turn improves the ability of organizations to achieve the desired outcomes from these projects successfully and effectively. In conclusion, a set of practical solutions is proposed, providing a strategic framework for institutions to implement successful technology projects, thereby facilitating the achievement of their organizational goals and enhancing their capacity for sustainable digital transformation.
