Abstract

إن الأمة الإسلامية اليوم تعيش أزمة سياسية خانقة وعميقة سببها الاختلالات الكبرى في نظم التسيير وتصريف الشؤون، فهي على هذا الأساس تفتقر إلى حل أساسه نظام سياسي أو منظومة سياسية كاملة شاملة جامعة تستند على مناهج فكرية وأنظمة سياسية وبرامج نهضوية تستثمر هذه الإمكانات وتلك المقدرات. ثم إن إعمال مقاصد الشريعة في المجال السياسي بهدف التجديد والتطوير معناه مراجعة الفقه السياسي مراجعة مقاصدية، وذلك بأن تحرر هذه المقاصد من الأحكام المتعلقة بالسياسة والحكم وفق المنهجية المتبعة في استكشاف مقاصد الشريعة، فيكون لها حضور بين متميز ضمن المقاصد الدينية العامة، ثم تجعل تلك المقاصد هي الموجه لكل اجتهاد يروم استنباط The Islamic nation today is experiencing a stifling and profound political crisis caused by major imbalances in its governance and management systems. Applying the objectives of Sharia in the political sphere with the aim of renewal and development means reviewing political jurisprudence with an objective review. This is done by liberating these objectives from the rulings related to politics and governance in accordance with the methodology followed in exploring the objectives of Sharia, so that they have a clear and distinct presence within the general religious objectives.
