في العنف مقاربة مفهومية

Abstract

يشغل الاهتمام بالمفاهيم في الأبحاث العلمية والاجتماعية والإنسانية بشكل عام موقعا مركزيا، لما لهذه المفاهيم من دور في ضبط التعاملات في الحياة اليومية والعملية، وفي بناء النظريات والمناهج والنماذج في المجالات العلمية والمتطلع على القطاعات المعرفية التي اشتغلت بمسألة المفهوم، يجد أنها قد اعتنت كثيرا بشروط امتلاك المفهوم، وبكيفية تحديده، وتشكله فحقيقة العملية المفهومية تعني تحويل العالم من وقائع وأحداث، إلى إبداعات تفسيرية وفهمية، وبالتالي إلى مادة تواصلية حوارية بين الناس مما يطرح العلاقة بين هذه العملية وبين التداول والاختلاف. ويعد مفهوم العنف وما يقابله في بعض اللغات الأجنبية كالفرنسية والإنكليزية، أحد أهم المفاهيم التي تقلت إلى الفكر العربي وأخذ له مكانا معتبرا داخل قطاعات معرفية كثيرة وساد استعماله في مجالات كثيرة سياسية وقانونية وإعلامية. وقد جاءت هذه المحاولة لتنظر في هذا المفهوم الذي شاعت استعمالاته في الفكر العربي الإسلامي المعاصر، والذي تأثرت فيه هذه الاستعمالات بالدراسات الفلسفية والسياسية التي أنتجها الفكر الغربي الحديث والمعاصر، حيث نقلت الكثير من المصطلحات والمفاهيم التي أنشأها أساطين الفكر الغربي، إلى العالم العربي الإسلامي دون أن يأخذ الناقلون لهذه المفاهيم في حسبانهم اختلاف المحال التداولي الخاص لأصحاب هذه المفاهيم مع محالهم التداولي العربي الإسلامي؛ مما نتج عن هذا النقل الكثير من الإشكالات إن لم نقل الكثير من الآفات من هنا ارتأينا أن ننظر في هذا المفهوم الغربي المنقول violence من جهة وفي المفهوم الذي وضع بإزائه في الفكر العربي الإسلامي المعاصر ألا و هو العنف The interest in concepts is currently a cornerstone in Social, Scientific and Humane research, for the role they carry out in regular day to day transactions, as well as the building of theories, methods and models in scientific fields. For one who is familiar with the scientific fields that worked on the issue of conception, they would most surely find that it took great interest in the conditions of owning a conception, how to determine one and how it is formed. For the truth of the conceptualization process is to transform the world from facts and incidents to innovations of justification and explanation, thus to a communicative matter of discussion among people, which suggests a relationship between the conceptualization process and the matter of difference and use. The concept of violence and what it is equivalent to it in some foreign languages like French and English, is considered as one of the most important concepts transferred to Arab thought, it has taken a considerable position in many fields of knowledge and its use has become a standard in many fields of politics, law and media.
