Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر النمط القيادي على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبات الجامعية المركزية وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة للمكتبة المركزية بجامعة باتنة 1، وقد تبلورت إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي الأتي: ما هو أثر النمط القيادي على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المكتبة المركزية بجامعة باتنة 1. وأظهرت النتائج أن النمط القيادي السائد هو النمط الديمقراطي يليه النمط الأوتوقراطي، ووجود أثر إيجابي للنمط الديمقراطي السائد على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبة المركزية المبحوثة.
